Shipping Policy

  • Ma Thulir extends ‘Free Shipping’ on all merchandise above Rs 5000 or more for shipping within India. 
  • Ma Thulir ensures to deliver the package with quality packaging within the given time frame. Shipping within India takes around 5 to 8 working days.
  • Delivery times mentioned are indicative only. In some cases, deliveries might be delayed due to factors beyond our control including unexpected travel delays from our delivery partners due to weather conditions and strikes.
  • The tracking details of the shipment along with the carrier information will be mailed to you once the product is out for delivery.
  • Customers are requested to provide a complete and correct address with pin code while placing the order, as we would not be liable if any incorrect address is provided and no refunds may be claimed by the customer for any delay in delivery of the products, which was caused due to reasons beyond our control.
  • Once the order is placed, the customers can track the order status on our website, and in case of any queries relating to the order, we are available on all the days between 9.30 am to 7.00 pm IST.
  • All our products are quality checked and come in a tamper proof packaging. Please do not accept or open the package if it is tampered or damaged. During such instances, we request you to take photos of the tampered/damaged area, not sign acceptance of the package, and return the package back to the carrier. Should you accept such a package, it will be deemed that the product was received in a good condition.
  • In case of any queries relating to Shipping and Delivery, we request you to email us at orders@mathulir.com.
  • The products ordered in one cart will be shipped to one shipping address. If you need the products delivered to more than one shipping address, we request you to place your orders separately with the different addresses.
  • All products are insured to mathulir.com against loss or theft while in transit at no additional cost to the customer.
  • Our courier partners will be able to deliver the shipment to you between Monday through Saturday: 9 am to 7 pm. Working days exclude public holidays and Sundays.
  • Option to change the shipping address is not possible once the order is shipped.
